Welcome to CallSteer.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CallSteer's AI-powered coaching platform, including our website, browser extension, desktop application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, installing our software, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

CallSteer is a coaching tool that processes audio in real-time; however, compliance with recording laws remains your responsibility.
The Service, including all software, AI models, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by CallSteer and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand elements.
You retain ownership of your business information ("DNA") and any content you submit. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLSTEER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallSteer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your business DNA data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
